At Gloss Scottsdale Salon, we aim to provide a smooth, enjoyable experience for every client. To help with scheduling, we require a credit card on file and ask for 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late arrivals may result in adjusted services, and certain appointments may require a deposit. We’re dedicated to your satisfaction, offering complimentary adjustments within 72 hours if needed. For payments, we accept major credit cards and cash but do not take checks or digital payment apps. Thank you for helping us create a seamless salon experience!
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that unexpected changes can arise. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service, charged to the card on file. No-show appointments will be charged the full service amount.
Late Arrivals
To honor the time of all our guests, we ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it may be necessary to adjust or abbreviate your service. In such cases, a fee of 50% of the originally scheduled service may apply if a rescheduling is required.
Deposits
For select services or in specific circumstances, such as extended appointments or for clients returning after 12 months, a deposit may be required. Any deposits collected will be applied toward your service on the day of your appointment, ensuring a smooth and stress-free visit.
Service Satisfaction & Adjustments
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Should you feel your service requires an adjustment, we are pleased to offer complimentary corrections within 72 hours of your original appointment. Simply reach out, and we will be delighted to assist.
Payment Methods
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards and cash. Please note, we do not accept personal checks or digital payment platforms such as Venmo.
